You should Call the SES on 132 500 if

• Your roof is badly damaged or leaking heavily
• Your house is flooded or flooding
• After or during a storm and your house requires temporary fixes until permanent ones can be arranged
• You are trapped in your house due to storm damage
• A large tree has fallen on your house
• A large tree has fallen on your driveway stopping you from leaving
